Job Description

• Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators;
• Develop and implement ServiceNow best practices and standards;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions;
• Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of ServiceNow modules;
• Ensure the stability, performance, and security of the ServiceNow platform;
• Provide training and support to end users on ServiceNow functionality;
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices related to ServiceNow implementation and management.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is:

80,000 to 100,000 USD
